• Access is controlled by means of username and password. As previously stipulated, only persons within a paying organization may use the same login details. Each separate organisation must pay a separate subscription fee.
• Orders must be prepaid by direct bank transfer. Subscriptions are entered on a 12-month basis starting with the confirmed transfer. Where a subscriber is based in Germany, sales tax/value added tax (VAT) will be added to the rates shown above. Library subscribers within the European Union but outside Germany, ordering a subscription, will also be charged VAT in addition to the above rates unless they provide their VAT registration number. ESNA services are online-only, i.e. have no printed edition.

• Access: Upon completing your purchase we will provide a username and password that will allow you immediate online access to the website and online archive of ESNA, so that you are able to read/download/print the full texts of material in all current and PAST issues reaching back one year, at your leisure.
• Confirmation: After the total amount has been credited to our bank account you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the username and password, as well as a receipt for the transaction.
• Additional staff within a subscribed organisation: If a web subscription has been purchased, subscribers are welcome, at any point during the subscription, to send us four further personal e-mail addresses of members within the subscribed organisation, who wish to enter the website.
